Returns
In the unlikely event that you feel you have to return a product to us for any reason you must first obtain an Authorization to Return from us. To do this, please contact us by email at info@makes-scents-naturally.com.au or telephone on 02 6077 1261 and if warranted we will issue the Authorization to Return. Please note we will not accept any returns without authorization.
Warranty
Our products are warranted against faulty material and/or workmanship for the period set by the manufacturer. Our obligation under such warranties are limited to repair or replacing the product at our discretion or the discretion of the manufacturer. Prior to return under warranty you must first contact us as per the Return Terms above. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
The warranty shall not apply and is not limited to, any parts or materials that have been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, misuse or abuse whether by accident or intent. We shall not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.
The warranty is invalid if a receipt or other proof of purchase cannot be produced. Return postage costs are at the buyer's expense.
